Community Liaisons Officer Vacancy
Location: 1 North England and 1 South England (Manchester/Bradford/London)
Salary: £23,426 per annum, pro rota
Hours: Part-time Weekend and evening work will be required.
Term: Permanent
TIC International Ltd is a trading subsidiary company of Islamic Relief Worldwide. Islamic Relief is an international relief and development charity that envisages a caring world where people unite to respond to the suffering of others, empowering them to fulfil their potential.
We currently require a Community Liaisons Officer to assist in the Logistics department for TIC and assist in the collection and processing of unwanted clothing and identify potential ways of collecting additional clothing.
Duties will include: “The Community Liaisons Officer is responsible for establishing, developing and managing a network of sustainable relationships with mosques and with such parties or groups which influence mosques within agreed regions and promote Islamic Relief clothes bank project to the community nationwide”.
The successful post holder must have experience in a community engagement role.
